Its about realizing life throws punches and sometimes you gotta be the one to take the hit but it’s also about using those “hits” as fuel for your fire. It’s about remembering to breathe when it seems like it’s the hardest thing in the world to do. The song is about remembering to live your life in a way that would make the people you’ve lost proud. It’s a constant reminder to do better by the people you love while you still can”, reveals the band.
