Alternative post-rockers Convey are revealing their new single, titled “The Way”. This is the third single off the band’s debut LP on Revival Recordings!
When discussing the themes behind the track, bassist Luke Dennis stated:
“The Way came together in our writing sessions a couple years back during a much simpler time when the notion of a narcissist neo-facist drooling bile into our society from on high in 240 character doses was just a silly specter scratching at the public conscious.We wish we could say listening to Ben's character in the song sounds trite and anachronistic now, but oh well. Maybe it will help to better annunciate a primal scream, or perhaps just become an unfortunate and woefully un-ironic campaign theme song in 2020...But on a lighter note, once you gobble this appetizer song down your ear holes, the next course will be the main entree.
