Avandra have announced the release of new album “Descender”!

Puerto Rican prog-metal band Avandra has announced the release of new album “Descender”. The latter will indeed be soon available via Blood Music! In the meantime, the guys have also unveiled a new single, “Derelict Minds”. “Derelict Minds” features ex Dream Theater keyboardist Kevin Moore and you guys can now stream this song below!
About the band:
Founded in mid-2011 by Christian Ayala aka Volteau, Avandra is a progressive metal/progressive rock band from San Juan, Puerto Rico. Given their humble origins, AVANDRA were never meant to play live. However, after releasing the band’s first record, “Tymora”, demand was so high that Ayala felt obligated to bring his work to life on stage in May of 20
17. By the time their second show rolled around a few months, later Puerto Rico had been ravaged by Hurricane Maria. Alone in the dark, Christian wrote what became the second Avandra record, “Descender”.
